• Application form data: When you apply through our multi-step form, we collect your full name, email address, city, state, role, industry interests, support needs, and any optional details you provide (such as a LinkedIn profile URL and a free-text message).
• Technical data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. We use this only to operate and secure the Site.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data (such as financial account numbers or government ID numbers) through the application form.
